On top of the accomplishments of our STAR competitors and our FCCLA chapter, Ellie Bales was elected to serve on the 2025-2026 Nebraska FCCLA State Officer Team! This is a huge accomplishment and one of the highest honors Nebraska FCCLA members can achieve. The last State Officer to represent DCHS was elected in 2015. Way to represent DCHS FCCLA and Scout Nation!

Bellwood Elementary had a great turn out for "Artwork and Authors" our Spring Family Literacy Night. Student artwork from art class was displayed as well as a poem or piece of writing that students wrote about it. If students wanted to, they had an opportunity to read what they wrote to the entire crowd. A special thanks to Mrs. Badstieber and Mrs. Meusch for collaborating on this event and to the classroom teachers for helping students with their writing. It was such a great event to showcase our students.

Today Bellwood Elementary had a great turnout out for our final Senior Citizen Luncheon of the year. The students always enjoy having special guests at lunch.

🔊Millard West Middle School Meet Results🔊 We were met with FANTASTIC competition today. This was a great way for us to start off our season, and each competitor is coming home with the motivation to do better and practice more. We plan to work hard this week and hope to see everyone at our home meet @ DC High School on April 12th @ 9am. 🌟Coming home with our ONLY award tonight is… CONNER REED- 8th place in Humorous 🌟 Here are the students that performed today.
